Nikki is an experienced Commercial Property solicitor. She acts for landlords, tenants, investors, pension scheme trustees and individuals on all types of Commercial Property matters.
She has expertise in real estate investment supporting clients on acquisitions and disposals of properties including offices, retail and industrial premises. Her experience in landlord and tenant work, allows her to support both landlords and tenants from the grant of the lease until termination, providing commercial advice and drafting and negotiating agreements, leases and supplemental documents.
Nikki also has experience dealing with Lending transactions for her pension scheme trustee clients and carries out high-end Residential Property work for her investor clients.
